Managing Director

Edmond Jakaj

He holds degrees in Metallurgy and Metallic Material, Foundry Technology and has taken an advanced course in Casting Simulation of MagmaSoft. He has accumulated valuable experience in the foundry business over the past 24 years.
Between 2001-2006, he was the designer and developer of new castings technology in the Engineering department of a Cividale SpA European steel foundry, where he was responsible for developing new business through the use and implementation of software simulation by Magma and to design the process for casting for applications in Power Energy, Oil and Gas, Mining and Nuclear sectors.
In 2006 he joined one of Europe’s leading manufacturers of steel casting and forged components as a consultant. He was responsible for the development and execution of high performance materials and new casting geared towards Oil and Gas sector, with particular attention to the markets of Middle‐East, Russia and South‐East Asia (India, China).
He has worked the Middle East region, heading the engineering and operations in a similar facility.

Director Projects (Valves)

Giuseppe Belotti

Started his career more than four decades back in Machine Shop in a start-up Company OMB Valves S.p.A. Cenato Sotto Bergamo, Italy, a diversifies manufacturer of various valves for the Energy Sector. During his tenure of nearly three decades the Company graduated to new scales becoming a reference point for Valves manufacturing in Italy with exports worldwide.
Following his dreams, Belotti moved forward and joined LVF S.p.A San Paolo D’Argon, (BG) Italy as Operations Manager developing new design of ball valves as expansion of their production range.
In 2006 he started working as Operations Manager with FLUITEC Orsenigo taking in charge the management of production, quality and technical office and joint ventures with foreign companies.
In 2010 he enters the KEF team in Sharjah, UAE always with the role of Operation Manager for managing the newly born JCF Company which was subsequently sold to multinational Tyco and Pentair (2013 and 2014 respectively).
In 2018 he joins the Team to create EJA Consulting FZE with the shared vision to become a leading company in the consulting for core industries including oil and gas industry worldwide.

Director Projects (Foundries)

Sanjay Agrawal

A Mechanical Engineering graduate with over 29 years of rich international experience in Supply Chain, Project Management, Construction & Maintenance of Oil & Gas based continuous process industries, Petrochemicals, Fertilizers, Cement Plants, Steel Foundries and Steel Plants.
Proficient in Project planning, execution, monitoring and management from Concept stage to Commissioning of the plant.
Hands-on experience in supply chain process, optimizing ordering/delivery time & costs in line with project progress.
Before joining EJA, he has worked with the companies – Jaypee Rewa Cement & Vikram Ispat in India, Alexandria Carbon Black & Fincimec in Egypt, Tepe Constructions in Turkey and Emirates Techno Casting & Emirates Casting and Alloys in UAE. He has led projects worth more than US $ 200 million during his career span.

Director Finance

Venkatraman Srinivasan

He has over 22 years of experience, spread across various industries including Manufacturing, Telecom, Real Estate, Contracting and Oil & Gas.
Prior to joining EJA, he was the Associate Vice President – Finance in PNC Investments LLC. During his stint with PNC, he was involved in raising funds for the District One Project through ADIB which was the best deal of the year in UAE.
He is an Associate Member (Grad CWA) of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India and also holds CPA from AICPA – USA.

Director Commercial & HR

Sushanta Banerjee

Having started his career as a Management Trainee after obtaining Management Degree more than three decades back, he is professionally trained by Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Project Execution and Management for various core industries.
Before joining a DUTCO Group Company, UAE as Chief Executive Office in 2012, he worked as Senior General Manager of a major Indian diversified Company as their Project Coordinator in setting-up of:
He is an Associate Member (Grad CWA) of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India and also holds CPA from AICPA – USA.

State of the art fully automatic Steel Foundry of capacity 18,000 MTPA, primarily meant for in-house consumptions.
Successfully commissioned approx. 35 nos. Stacker & Reclaimer ranging from 200 TPH to 2,000 TPH for Captive Cement Plant, Thermal Power Plants as well as for Export.
State of the Art two nos. Heavy Engineering Workshops at captive Super Thermal Power Plant Sites.
Bucket Wheel Stacker & Reclaimer at captive Super Thermal Power Plant Sites.
Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) Project for RDF (Refuse Derived Fuel) in Chandigarh, India.
Successfully commissioned the Railway Siding Project at Cement Plant Site and Up-gradation Projects of Cement Plants.

Sr. Manager Process Control & IT

Fabio Scuderi

A Mechanical Engineering Graduate from University of Bergamo, Italy, the hub of Valves manufacturing in Europe, he is an expert in Metallurgical Process Control and it’s data handling – defining, generating, analysis of deviations, forecast and highlight of critical process through process historical analysis, statistical analysis, 6-sigma approach (DMAIC project methodology).
With over two decades of hands on experience, he is specialized in Management of complex multi-source data projects with the aim to maximize and control the quality of products by improving the operational efficiencies and reaching the maximum utilization for the available resources.
Hands-on experience in software solutions, data organization and structures, data handling, database building, key performance indicators.

Sr. Operation Manager (Projects)

Pradip Pravichandra

Versatile professional offering 32 years’ rich management experience in variety of disciplines including Projects planning & Construction, Operations, Maintenance, Cost control and budgeting, Quality Assurance, Strategic Planning, etc.
He has executed projects in managing the engineering, construction, operation and maintenance in different Continuous Process Industries like Petrochemicals, Carbon Black, Metals Industries like Lead-Zinc Smelting, Steel (Sponge-Iron), Gold Mining, Diamond and Cement Industries. He has essayed a key role in executing Greenfield / Expansion / Up gradation projects worth USD 80 million across the career span.
During his career span he has worked in different geographical regions including Asia, Middle East, Africa and Europe.
He holds the credit of being awarded with the Safety Award- 2007 for successfully managing various projects, approximately 1.3 million man-hours without any LTI.

Zeljko Bjedov

He holds a university diploma in Engineering and has more than 30 years’ experience in foundry field.
He worked for Steel Foundry “Vulkan”, Rijeka, Croatia; Foundry “AFC” S.p.A., Cividale del Friuli (UD), Italy; Gruppo Cividale S.p.A., Tavagnacco (UD), Italy; Steel Forging company “Facs Fucine” S.p.A., Pavia di Udine (UD), Italy; Steel Foundry “Safas” S.p.A., Vicenza, Italy; Gruppo Cividale S.p.A., Tavagnacco (UD), Italy with responsibilities going through engineering, design, quality, sales and business development.
He was business partner for metallurgical and technological consultancy with important companies in the field such as Danieli.

Erald Maçi

He holds a university bachelor degree in Law and has 15 years’ experience.
He worked for Albanian Chrome sh.p.k., Tirana (Albania) as director, in PLUS Communication Sh.a., Tirana (Albania) as as chief legal officer, for Fortytwo Telecom Sub. (Malta) as production manager;
He is co-founder of P.T.P.I. Projektim, Trajtim, Produkte Inovative, Tirana (Albania) who successfully concluded projects in Design, engineering, manufacturing, installation and start up of a SAF for Albchrome sh.p.k. in Albania, extruded electrode technology for OFZ doo in Slovakia, Technology upgrade through design, engineering, construction and installation to Albchrome shpk two furnaces each in Elbasan Plant.

Andrew McFarlane

He holds a university diploma in Engineering and Metallurgy has more than 15 years’ experience in foundry field.
He worked for MAGMASOFT as Metallurgical Testing and Consultation / Simulation Engineer.
He is founder director of Ametex a company partner of MAGMA GmbH for sales and support of MAGMASOFT Sub Saharan Africa, optimisation of foundry technologies in South Africa, design and development of new casting processes, design and development of new technologies in various industries.
